Launched in 2017 in one of the most exclusive destinations in the world, our third facility is set in the Bulgari Resort, 150 metres above the unspoiled beaches of Uluwatu, Bali. Our workouts are created to remove any imbalances that may exist in the body. Through our natural movement-based system, we incorporate patterns such as crawling, climbing, pushing and pulling. We utilise a number of tools and methods to achieve this, including resistance bands, free weights, stretching and gymnastic inspired movements.

Our Pilates specialists bring awareness to the entire body by creating exercises that awaken and strengthen muscles without adding bulk. Utilising both the reformer and the mat, your body is pushed and tested to create a long and lean physique.

Our one-to-one Yoga practitioners specialise in Vinyasa Flow and Jivamukti Yoga techniques. Each session aims to open and strengthen the body through both breathing and stretching poses and are designed to leave muscles warmed and restored whilst creating an overall sense of clarity.

Our boxing specialists teach you how to throw, slip and block punches through traditional boxing techniques combined with our unique bodyweight conditioning drills to get you leaner, stronger and faster. Through combining heavy bag work, pad work, jump rope and conditioning circuits, our one-to-one boxing sessions are one of the most effective ways to train the whole body and achieve visible results you can see and feel.
