ABOUT OUR PARIS GYMNASIUM
Workshop Paris is our 7th location globally and our first facility in France. Housed within the Spa of the luxurious Bulgari Hotel Paris, we are located at 30 Avenue George V, Paris’s preeminent shopping area. Set to become an urban mecca of fitness, Workshop Paris will unlock your highest performance through our innovative workouts and science-fuelled Framework Assessment.
Personal Training
Our workouts are created to remove any imbalances that may exist in the body. Through our natural movement-based system, we incorporate patterns such as crawling, climbing, pushing and pulling. We utilise a number of tools and methods to achieve this, including resistance bands, free weights, stretching and gymnastic inspired movements.

Yoga
Our one-to-one Yoga practitioners specialise in Vinyasa Flow and Jivamukti Yoga techniques. Each session aims to open and strengthen the body through both breathing and stretching poses and are designed to leave muscles warmed and restored whilst creating an overall sense of clarity.

Our Pilates specialists bring awareness to the entire body by creating exercises that awaken and strengthen muscles without adding bulk. Utilising both the reformer and the mat, your body is pushed and tested to create a long and lean physique.
