We are very confident in the quality of our products therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

Care of items 

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact (i.e. un-opened), undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Exchanges can only be made for a different product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original un-opened item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy (and which follow our Care of Items guidelines above). Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 7-10 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs.

If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.

If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded, if necessary, will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Incorrect goods/faulty product received

We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Order Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Neat Nutrition Limited, for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched.

All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 14 days starting the day after you receive your order. If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above.

The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery. Please note that all items must be returned to us unused and sealed within the original packaging.
