Launched in 2014 our flagship location is on the edge of Hyde Park and housed within the Spa of the prestigious Bulgari Hotel, Knightsbridge. Our workouts are created to remove any imbalances that may exist in the body. Through our natural movement-based system, we incorporate patterns such as crawling, climbing, pushing and pulling. We utilise a number of tools and methods to achieve this, including resistance bands, free weights, stretching and gymnastic inspired movements.

Our Pilates specialists bring awareness to the entire body by creating exercises that awaken and strengthen muscles without adding bulk. Through combining heavy bag work, pad work, jump rope and conditioning circuits, our one-to-one boxing sessions are one of the most effective ways to train the whole body and achieve visible results you can see and feel.
