Armed with this knowledge, we decided to take Workshop on the road and as a result, our team of performance specialists travel around the world to lead training and wellness retreats at some of the most luxurious resorts on the planet. Our specialist Pop-Up Gyms also appear at some of the most glamorous events in the global calendar, including the world-renowned Cannes Film Festival.
