ABOUT OUR BEIJING GYMNASIUM
The first of our locations in China, our Beijing facility is based in the heart of the exclusive Embassy District within the Spa of the Bulgari Hotel. Set in sculpted gardens that lie along the riverside in the Chaoyang District, Workshop’s Beijing experience is geared towards building a strong foundation of fitness and health.

Our workouts are created to remove any imbalances that may exist in the body. Through our natural movement-based system, we incorporate patterns such as crawling, climbing, pushing and pulling. We utilise a number of tools and methods to achieve this, including resistance bands, free weights, stretching and gymnastic inspired movements.

If you prefer to work out in the comfort of your hotel room, our expert trainers are on hand to offer a variety of options to suit your schedule and personal needs. Each session is conducted with the same expertise and attention to detail as in our in-house gyms and options include personal training, Yoga and mat Pilates.
