PERSONAL TRAINING
Our workouts are created to remove any imbalances that may exist in the body. Through our natural movement-based system, we incorporate patterns such as crawling, climbing,pushing and pulling. We utilise a number of tools and methods to achieve this, including resistance bands, free weights, stretching and gymnastic inspired movements.
YOGA
Our one-to-one Yoga practitioners specialise in Vinyasa Flow and Jivamukti Yoga
techniques. Each session aims to open and strengthen the body through both breathing and stretching poses and are designed to leave muscles warmed and restored whilst creating an overall sense of clarity.
SWIMMING
Our one-to-one swimming workouts are taught in our beautiful pool, surrounded by floor to ceiling glass windows and with a breathtaking view of the Tokyo skyline. Swimming is one of the most effective ways to work the entire body due to the multi-dimensional resistance your body encounters as you work through the water.
REFORMER PILATES
